itself as a respected training centre. From the outset, Enka
has remained focused on teaching the fundamentals of the
setting out process, leading to a steady stream of qualified
site engineers.
Enka identified a skills gap within the construction industry
and developed intensive training courses which give
candidates a solid understanding of principles and practical
skills that would normally take years of site experience to
acquire. With half of all Chartered Civil Engineers reaching
retirement age there has never been a better time to train.
