Mission Statement
Our vision is to fully equip prospective Civil Engineers with the fundamentals of the setting-out process, so that they can become a fully functional and valued member of construction projects.

Construction industry analysts have long recognised the lack of qualified Civil Engineers, and this problem will be compounded further within the next 15 years with over half of all Chartered Civil Engineers reaching retirement age. There has never been a more prosperous and advantageous time to become a Civil Engineer.

As a direct response to the predicted shortfall, Enka has developed a challenging two week intensive training course which aims to give candidates a solid base from which they can expand into all areas of civil engineering, creating the opportunity to work on various and interesting projects not just in the UK but anywhere in the world.
